About Us
The Perth & Districts Multiple Birth Association (Inc) was formed in 1974 with the first Committee Meeting being held on 5th May, 1974.
Originally called the "Twins Plus Club of WA", and more recently "Multiple Birth Association of WA Inc", founding member and mother of twins, Conny Roepen, wanted to get together with other mothers of twins so they could offer support and encouragement to each other, as well as practical tips on parenting multiples.
The Association is a non-profit, self-help organisation with the main objective being to provide a means of communication for sharing information to families on the care and raising of multiple birth children, whilst also creating friendship among members and their families.
The Association also belongs to the Australian Multiple Birth Association. There are many clubs throughout Australia.
